If our dates do not fit with your travel plans or you would like to reserve a trip for a private group please inquire with us about arrangements to suit your needs. Itineraries are flexible and can be customized.

Cost does not include:
Making a Reservation
To sign up for one of our trips or retreats please complete the Reservation
Request Form. Once you receive confirmation on availability fill out the full Reservation Form which can be downloaded here and return it to us by fax or email. A US $400
deposit is required to secure your reservation. Please do
not book your flight to Costa Rica until we confirm availability
for the trip you have selected. After signing up you will receive a Pre-trip Information Handout to help you prepare for your vacation in Costa Rica.
Booking early is highly recommended for
the months of January through April as it is high season
and flights and accommodations fill up quickly.
A valid passport is required for entry
into Costa Rica. Please check with the nearest Costa Rican Embassy
or Consulate for visa requirements for your nationality (no visa
is required for American or Canadian citizens).
Payment
Payment can be made with a credit card on our payment page via the secure site of PayPal™ (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), personal check (from a US bank) or money order. For payment with personal check or money order please contact us for the mailing address. Full payment is due no less than 60 days prior to the trip departure date. For credit card payment please click on the PAY button below to link to our secured payment page.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation 60 days or more prior to the departure date you will receive a refund for payment made less the US$400 deposit. Should you need to cancel less than 60 days prior to the trip departure date for whatever reason we will not be able to provide a refund for any payment made. No refund will be made for departing a trip early. In the unlikely event Vajra Sol needs to cancel a trip, a full refund for payment made will be given. Vajra Sol will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by the participant for a trip cancelled either by the participant or by Vajra Sol. A cancellation must be received in writing sent via email or registered mail.
