Check for direct flights to Liberia from:
Atlanta (Delta Airlines)
Houston (United Airlines)
Los Angeles (Alaska Airlines)
Miami (American Airlines)
New York (Jetblue from JFK, Saturday & Thursday only)
Washington DC (Southwest, from BWI)
To find the best flight options, check for one-way tickets on different airlines or flying to Liberia airport one way and San Jose airport the other way. Google Flights or Kayak are good search sites to find the best airfare and routing.
You can also fly into San Jose’s Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO), Costa Rica’s capital city. From there, take a domestic flight to Liberia with Sansa Airlines. Their 12-seater planes can fill up. Make your reservation early. Allow at least 2 – 3 hours between your international flight arrival time and the domestic flight departure time.
After you arrive in Liberia, we will arrange for a driver to meet you and bring you to the retreat hotel. The transfer cost is not included, however, we are happy to take care of the arrangements from Liberia or anywhere in the Guanacaste area. Please contact us to request the cost of a transfer.
The retreat ends after breakfast the last day. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

“Beyond amazing….an enlightening journey in a magical place. Thank you Sandra Tedeschi for all you do. I loved my yoga and SUP retreat. Well done! Highly recommended.”
- Andrew, Laguna Beach, California
“Even before I left New York, she provided so many helpful tips. And once I got to the retreat I felt so safe and taken care of in every moment. Between surfing and yoga, we had a luxurious amount of downtime, .. I haven’t felt so calm and happy in years! Sandra brought in mindfulness elements to the yoga practice, including some awesome breathing exercises, which I loved. It was a week of “bliss”.”
- Haley, New York City
“This was an amazing retreat with a bunch of like-minded travelers. I have been on a few yoga retreats and this was my favorite. We were all solo travelers except for a mother/daughter pair. This was a relaxed retreat that gave you the freedom to do as much or a little as you wanted. .. I had a wonderful week to escape the east coast winter. ”
