Stand Up Paddle boarding (SUP) has become the most popular emerging water sport today due to its accessibility for anyone who wants to try, its ease to learn and the fun and work-out that results. SUP and Yoga are a perfect match from the physical overall body conditioning to improved balance and mental clarity to the profound sense of spiritual connection with the elements of Mother Nature.
Our SUP & Yoga Retreat is located in the town of Santa Teresa, one of the best Pacific beaches in Costa Rica for its expansiveness and beautiful scenery. The various beaches along Santa Teresa cover about three miles of coastline and are ideal for hanging out under a palm tree, for taking long walks or exploring the tide pools. It has also been rated in the top 10 beaches in the world on TripAdvisor and, due to its relative remoteness, it has been protected from any over-development and maintains a low-key feel.
