In asana yoga, we move in unison with the breath like the flow of a wave in the ocean. We hold steady and root in postures to enhance the connection to our sense of being. In turn, we will often experience lightness and expansiveness in our bodies. This is our life force or vital energy. The quality of our energy determines the quality of our life. Healthy, flowing, “clean” energy makes us feel, think, and function better.

Consider these classes like a mind-body “spring cleanse” by way of yoga. They are designed to guide you through systematic sequences of movement and postures to improve your overall stability, flexibility, and strength – physically, emotionally, and mentally. 

This little time you take to do your yoga will ripple out its positive results through the rest of your week and beyond. We begin with stepping onto the mat. The rest will come.

WHAT:  (4) 60-minute creative and dynamic classes with Sandra. A recording will be emailed within 24 hours after each class and will be available for two weeks from the class date.

WHEN: 10 – 11 AM PDT | 11 – 12 PM MDT | 1 – 2 PM EDT | 7 – 8 PM CET

WHERE: Online via Zoom. The access link will be emailed out the day before the class. If you can’t join the livestream, you can do the class recording at your convenience.

Have a yoga mat, two blocks, a strap, a folded towel/blanket, and a firm cushion or two for the class.





The type of yoga is multi-disciplinary, alignment-based Hatha with influences from Tantra vinyasa. Classes are designed for the experienced beginner to intermediate levels.


  • Class 1: Earth & Water – ground and center. A blend of foundational postures and getting into your hips so that you can root to rise, nurture and thrive.

  • Class 2: Saluting the Sun & Moon – an easeful entry to awaken your inner strength. Come out of winter and a long two-year life-in-the-pandemic into your vibrancy and empowered energy.

  • Class 3: Free Your Spine – Improve your posture with movements to enhance mobility and strength in your back, the central point of your balance. Forward folds, twists, backbends.
  • Class 4: Restore and Nourish – This class aims to soothe and strengthen one’s nervous system, in turn, reduce stress and tension in the body. Prop-supported poses and breathwork.



Sandra Tedeschi’s teaching style is influenced by alignment-based Hatha and Tantra yoga traditions, learned from her esteemed teachers, and informed by her 25 years in the practice. Each class is a systematically designed sequence to improve flexibility, mobility, and strength, and to activate the body’s innately powerful energy system. Sandra is the founder of Vajra Sol Yoga Retreats.
