In this six-week series of online yoga classes, we’ll explore and learn more about body awareness and somatics. We’ll refine poses to realign and enrich the experience of your Yoga. 

Similar to the summer series this past June, you can join the yoga sessions streamed live or watch the recording at a time convenient for you. 

Come practice, and give yourself a great tune-up through systematic, intelligent movement and breathwork. The benefits of Yoga will empower you to heal and to create a vibrant body and mind.

WHAT:  (6) 75-minute classes 1x a week with Sandra. A recording will be emailed within 24 hours after each class and will be available for 30 days from the class date.

WHEN:  Tuesdays. October 26; November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

9:00 – 10:15 AM PST | 10:00 – 11:15 AM MST | 12:00 – 1:15 PM EST | 6:00 – 7:15 PM CET

WHERE: Online via Zoom. The access link will be emailed out the day before the class. The recording will be emailed within 24 hrs after the class.

Have a yoga mat, two blocks, a strap, a folded towel/blanket, a firm cushion or two for the class.

The type of yoga is multi-disciplinary, alignment-based Hatha with influences from vinyasa and Anusara.

Sandra Tedeschi’s teaching style is influenced by a variety of alignment-based yoga traditions, learned from her esteemed teachers, and informed by her 25 years in the practice. Each class is a systematically designed sequence to improve flexibility, mobility, and strength, and to activate the body’s innately powerful energy system. Sandra is the founder of Vajra Sol Yoga Retreats.
